Christmas Presents for Readers & Writers

Are you looking up and realizing that Christmas is almost upon us? Me too. Here are some of my favorite places to buy presents from that I’d recommend.

1. Haunts of Nature Apothecary
Trish is a one woman shop that uses special oil blends to create amazing candles. A dear friend of mine, I can’t get enough of her candles, which always smell so wonderful. She also creates a candle for every moon, goddesses, saints, and sometimes she has them in beautiful china for a antique aesthetic.

2. A Calligraphy Starter kit from The Postman’s Knock!

Has you loved one ever thought they may be interestested in calligraphy? I love sending mail to people and it makes it even better when you can use beautiful handwriting to address the cards. This kit comes with everything someone needs to get started! It’s what I used and I can’t recommend it enough. I might be slightly obsessed with The Postman’s Knock website as you can tell from any mail I send out!

P.S. Right now you can even get it giftwrapped!

TPK's modern calligraphy starter kit provides you with everything you need in order to learn pointed pen calligraphy.

3. A Woodmark or Map from In The Reads

Lauren is a friend I met in college who pulled me into the bookstagram world, which led to the creation of this blog. I love seeing everything that she is creating and personally I have a number of her wookmarks and a map of Wyoming that she made in a Tolkien style! It takes up the most space on our gallery wall and I adore it. She’s also doing a Tolkien inspired box for anyone looking for a wonderful predone Christmas present!

4. Tea from Pearl Fine Teas

Pearl Fine Teas is an independently owned micro tea company. They travel to find the best teas and then offer them to us! As one of the first female tea sommeliers in the States I am a huge fan of not only her story, but her teas. I drink them almost every day and since I’m not a coffee drinker I recommend this as a way to get that caffeine you might need to stay up late reading or writing the next big novel!

I can’t recommend her “Oui” Frenchie, Chocolate PuEhr, or Georgetown Earl Grey enough!

5. A Mug for that tea from Rochelle Dean’s Editing!

Let’s be honest writing is hard, and what better way to write than with a mug of tea in a cup that tells the world how hard writing actually is? And if you really want to join the crew she has writers shirts, as well as ones for tea heathens too!

Finally, if your reader / writer needs to keep their life organized think about buying them a custom journal made by yours truly! I can create anything they need and will be available for custom designs / layouts throughout the Christmas season! You can order those through my linktree here, or by emailing me and I can send you a paypal or venmo invoice!

Also feel free to grab some stickers or other goodies, as seen below, over at my socitey6!

Happy Holiday’s fam!
